What a fantastic shopping journey! Jo was super helpful throughout the buying process, giving me some great tips. I ended up getting a stunning table with a marble top and six chairs that fit my home’s vibe just right. And let me tell ya, the delivery crew was amazing, even with the challenge of hauling a 120KG table up a narrow staircase that’s only a meter wide.

I checked out a ton of furniture shops trying to score a solid and reasonably priced sofa for my family, but nothing really clicked. Belgica came highly recommended by some savvy friends, so I decided to give it a shot. When I arrived, I met Jo Mickel from Interiors, who really took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently guided me through the different choices. Jo is straightforward, practical, and professional, always presenting options that not only help but also challenge your initial thoughts. Big shoutout to Janey for her incredible curtain expertise too! We found Belgica to be a fantastic company to collaborate with. The staff are genuinely nice and show a real interest in helping you out. We truly felt involved in crafting a style that we adore and that suits our family perfectly. The shop has a warm vibe, and there's even a lovely restaurant/coffee shop attached. Justin brews an awesome cup of coffee! We’ll definitely be back for more.

I would absolutely suggest Jo for a design journey. Wow!! My space has been completely changed! I was struggling to decide by myself, but Jo was so patient and understanding, helping me stick to my budget to turn a dull couple of rooms into something amazing that I’ll cherish for years. After a tiring hunt for furniture for our new extension, we were super happy to connect with the interiors crew at Belgica. Jo Mickel whipped up 3D designs for our revamped dining/lounge/kitchen area, took us on personalized shopping trips, and put together presentations and suggestions—she really got what we were dreaming of. The final outcome is stunning. We couldn't be happier with everything! Keira, Janie, Thomas, Adrian, and Paul have all been amazing too, truly a gem for Belgica.

The showroom is beautiful and the furniture we ordered arrived without any issues. However, I wouldn’t recommend the interior design service. They were meant to handle three rooms in our home, but after selling us a pricey sofa, we never got any follow-up. No decor, no final touches, and no more communication. Total waste of time and cash! Gotta admit, the sofa is really nice though.

This store is truly worth stopping by. We've picked up several furniture items that are top-notch and I absolutely adore them. The delivery crew, who also put the furniture together and handle all the packaging disposal, have consistently been fantastic and far better than anyone else I've dealt with.

Today, my sofas arrived and I was really impressed. Even with the snow and chilly weather, the team got both sofas to me in no time. They followed all the social distancing rules and kept their masks on the whole time. I can't find anything to complain about regarding their service, and I’ll surely tell my friends about it.

I'm really happy with the stuff we got from Belgica. The folks in the showroom were super helpful and knew their products well. Delivery was right on schedule, just like they said. The two guys who brought the TV unit and dining table put everything together in a really professional, efficient, and friendly way. They even took away all the packaging—nothing was too much trouble for them. I’d totally recommend Belgica for quality furniture.

Fantastic service at the store, decent prices compared to other places. There was a bit of a hold-up because of the coronavirus, but they kept me informed all the time. The delivery was quick, arriving just two days after it came from Germany. The delivery team was great, they set up the units and took away all the packaging. I’d definitely recommend this place!
